Fees for international Dutch education
World Wide Dutch Tutor provides personal online Dutch support for students in international education.
Our support is entirely online and tailored to each student’s level, learning goals, school context and personal needs. Every student works with the same qualified Dutch teacher. This creates a personal partnership in which progress can be monitored closely throughout the programme and support adjusted where necessary.
During lessons, we work on Dutch language proficiency, literature, analytical reading, writing, oral skills and independent study. For students taking Dutch A: Literature SL through their own school, support is also aligned with the chosen literary works, the school’s timetable and the relevant assessment dates.

Personalised and flexible support
Our lessons are not a fixed group programme. The content is adapted to what the student needs at that particular moment.
Depending on the student’s level and learning objectives, the support may include:
- reading and analysing literary works;
- developing literary and analytical skills;
- improving writing skills and argumentation;
- practising oral skills;
- expanding vocabulary and language skills;
- feedback on written and oral work;
- support with study planning and independent work;
- preparation for relevant school assignments and assessment moments.
We also use a variety of supplementary teaching materials. In addition to literary texts, we may use interviews, articles, podcasts and audiovisual material, for example. The materials are selected by our teachers and, where necessary, adapted to the student’s level, interests and learning objectives.
Dutch A: Literature SL via SSST Support

This support pathway is intended for students in the final two years of international secondary education. Students are typically between 16 and 19 years old and take Dutch A: Literature SL through the Diploma Programme at their own school.

This pathway is intended for students approximately 12 to 16 years old who have not yet started the Diploma Programme but want to prepare specifically for future studies in Dutch language and literature.
Preparation for Dutch A: Literature

This pathway is intended for students approximately 12 to 16 years old who have not yet started the Diploma Programme but want to prepare specifically for future studies in Dutch language and literature.
Weekly one-to-one support
The student will usually have an individual 60-minute online lesson each week with a dedicated teacher.
The personal attention provided during these lessons makes it possible to respond quickly to questions and developments. The teacher provides targeted feedback, discusses progress and helps the student to become increasingly independent in their work.
The frequency and structure of the support can be tailored, in consultation, to the student’s individual circumstances.
What is included?
Depending on the package selected, the support may include:
- individual online lessons;
- a dedicated, qualified Dutch teacher;
- personalised support;
- feedback and progress reviews;
- teaching materials;
- support with planning and independent work;
- support tailored to the student’s level and learning objectives.
Any books, additional materials or international postage will only be charged if agreed in advance.
When selecting literary works, we believe it is important to allow room for the student’s interests, background and preferences. Books are therefore carefully selected in consultation with the student, the teacher and, where necessary, the day school. We take the school’s programme and the applicable subject requirements into account.
Any additional costs
After purchasing an annual package, additional individual lessons can be scheduled if desired. An additional 60-minute lesson costs €102.50.
Additional lessons may, for example, be used for extra exam preparation, more intensive support with a specific skill, additional support during a particularly busy period or a further review of written work.
Apart from these additional lessons, no separate charges are made for enrolment, teaching materials, books, postage, reports or consultation with the day school. This keeps the fee clear and transparent, so that you will not be faced with unexpected costs during the school year.
